For nearly 25 years, The Posse Foundation has awarded promising high school seniors with "extraordinary leadership potential" a "full-ride scholarship" to top-ranked colleges and universities within their network. These seniors are assembled into groups called "posses" where they serve as a support system throughout their college years. So, what's it like to be a Posse Scholar? How does one get selected to this highly-competitive program?
For Gabrielle Farrell, a Bryn Mawr College graduate, it was the "honor of a lifetime." In this interview, Farrell was gracious enough to share her experiences as a Posse Scholar and the life-changing aspects of this program.
